Coverage and Duration:
Slide
SledgeŽ Heavy Equipment HammerŽ tools are warranted against defects
in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the
date of purchase. Slide
SledgeŽ Heavy Equipment HammerŽ tips and accessories are warranted against defects
in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the
date of purchase. Restrictions may apply outside the
U.S. To
activate this warranty, the enclosed warranty card must be
completed and sent to the following address within 30 days of
purchase:

warranty does not cover:
• damages or repairs of
any kind to any products, items or personal or other property
on which you used or applied your Slide SledgeŽ product
•
any damages caused by accidents, or abuse or misapplication of
the Slide SledgeŽ product
• failure of the Slide SledgeŽ
product to meet your requirements that differ from our
specifications
• any damages caused by use of the Slide
SledgeŽ product that is contrary to the instructions or
documentation
accompanying your Slide SledgeŽ product
•
costs of shipment or delivery for any returns or repairs under
this Limited Warranty
• damages from fire, flood, moisture,
heat, acts of God or causes beyond our control
• the repair
or replacement of a Slide SledgeŽ that has been transferred to
anyone other than the original purchaser

Will We Do?
If your Slide SledgeŽ products fail to
conform to specifications when used as instructed, please

1-877-477-3356. Please indicate clearly what the reason
for the return is and include return address.

Law:
This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES INCIDENTAL AND
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states in the U.S. do not allow
the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above exclusion may not apply to you.
ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF OUR LIMITED
WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply
to you.
BINDING ARBITRATION, CHOICE OF FORUM AND
APPLICABLE LAW. Any claim, dispute, or controversy against
Slide Sledge LLC or its affiliates (collectively “Slide
Sledge, LLC”) arising from or relating to this Limited
Warranty SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING
ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE NATIONAL ARBITRATION FORUM
(NAF) under its Code of Procedure. The arbitration will be
limited solely to the dispute or controversy between the
customer and Slide Sledge, LLC. Information may be obtained,

Slide Sledge, LLC will pay your arbitration
filing and hearing fees, but will not pay any other fees
related to your arbitration. Any claim, dispute, or
controversy against Slide Sledge LLC, or affiliates arising
from or relating to this Limited Warranty shall be governed by
the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts
of laws rules. Any challenge to the arbitration provision in
this Limited Warranty, or any claim, dispute, controversy,
award or appeal for which the arbitration provision is held
not to apply, shall be resolved by a court sitting in Cook
County, Illinois. |
